Go through the link (here)
Click on "Don't have a Login ID" as per shown below:
It will lead you to a blank Participant Details as per below:
Once you have filled them up, you will be presented with the search result that might of your existing/other login account registered under the same email address. Do not select any of these if you are planning to create a new login!
Select the option to create a new person as shown below:
Complete the login creation.
